New rattle

I have a new rattling sound coming from near the blower. Kind of sounds like metal on metal as the car idles. Can't hear it while I'm driving, only during idle and seems to be getting worse. It would have to be due to me removing the 9psi pulley and putting the 6psi back on. That is all I have done to it lately. Sounds like it's coming from that area anyway.

May be you forgot to put on a bolt or so...that's what happened to me when I installed the Endyn stepper pulley. I didn't put the bolt that holds the charger's bracket to the alternator bracket.
